I'm considering a 328D - how reliable are they, especially with this tune?

Quite reliable once all the recall/extended warranty items are taken care of. LCI had most of those things taken care of from the factory. There's pretty good knowledge/maint schedules of what to do/when.

Very. I bought mine 7 years ago with 30k miles on the clock. I've put 110,000 miles on it. I've basically done nothing but oil changes and brakes.

If you do get one, make sure you get Kerma Stage 2 tune. It is worth every single penny. It may appear expensive and unnecessary but your car will run healthier, you'll get better fuel mileage, and you'll be happier bc it pulls like a freight train relatively speaking.
