Don't feel power is 100%
Hello, I am new on here so if I do something wrong on the forum, please bare with me lol. But I recently got a f30 335i xdrive and installed a catted down pipe, new chargepipe, and intercooler. And before going bm3 stage 2 with those mods my car felt slower. Just didn't really sit me back in the seat when I hit the gas, compared to stock. And I recently went stage 2. And many people say it's a night and day difference. And I felt like it was faster, just not what I expected it to be, and feel like something isn't totally right. Does any one have any ideas what it could be?

Take a log and post it for us to look at.

Those logs are hard to look at--kind of blurry and sideways. Based on your description and recent mods, strong chance it is a boost leak. You should see boost at a minimum of 15psi.

I think it's a boost leak. You're targeting 15, but you only hit around 13 psi throughout the majority of the log. You should be hitting target a lot easier than that. If you look at your duty cycle (wgdc) it is around 90% which is pretty high for an ots map. Shouldn't go any higher than 80ish%

It's a boost leak. if it were less than 1 psi, it would be normal. There's a spot in your log where you 3 psi under target. I don't care what anyone says, that's a boost leak for a 3rd gear pull. I would check all the clamps/connections of the charge pipe.

i get it, and trust me I have been furious at the forum owners/management back when I was an N52er for kickbanning a 1%er in terms of platform knowledge, but you have to remember that sponsors gonna sponsor.
Mike, maybe you could Winkyface instead of Biggrin. Just a guy trying to make peace after a couple of lunch margaritas, don't mind me.

I haven't made any changes after going bolt-on but i definitely feel much slower than before. I feel like its cutting power but I'm not sure if i have a boost leak or what it could be. Could y'all check my logs out?
