Any idea when the new catted downpipes will be ready to ship? Also, price estimate?

I’m looking to go stage 2 with downpipe, intercooler, and possibly some coilovers. The mod bug is hitting strong as the warranty runs out and VRSF may be collecting a lot of my money.

So with this new catted version, will allow to have it "ready" (o2 sensor/monitor) after the proper cycle, in case any Inspection/Verification ?
Please, someone conclusively answer this already!

I been through 5 pages of blah-blah and no one can say for sure if it keeps the Cat and rear O2 in a "ready" state for OBD2 inspections.

No CEL and "Not ready" emission checks are two different things and sometimes are not at all relative. Trust me, I know from experience

Tiago at VRSF, when can I give you my money for this new high flow cat for the N55 PWG???????
Get a proper tune and it will not trigger the CEL. I have the high flow VRSF and no issues. I haven't had the car inspected, but my previous experience with high flow cats and dyno tuning at reputable shops, I have never failed emissions.

Could you explain what this means? I'm planning on getting a catted dp but given I live in California and need to pass smog/inspection in a few years I would like to know what this "ready" or "not ready" state means for that.

If you have a 2016 you don't need to worry about this until 2024 in California. Are you going to still have the car by then? And if so, will it be such a big deal to temporarily swap to your OEM downpipe 5 years later?

It looks like they have pre-order for July 31 available now. I went ahead and pre-ordered one. I sent VRSF an email inquiring if this is the new version of the catted downpipe. I'll try to update as I find out more. I'm hoping it's the new version, but I have MHD if what I ordered still throws CELs.

Is the new CEL free cat update only for the 4" dp, or will there be a 3.5" version as well?

Did you ever hear back more from them before I go ahead and pre order?

For those that have had a shop install their down pipe what is the cost? I am getting tired of busting knuckles under a car on ramps. Just trying to see if it's cheap enough for a shop to do it.
