Apple music or Spotify premium

Good day all,
I have a BMW 330e iperformance on order due to arrive next month. I have ordered it with Pro Nav (and it will have the 2017 idrive 5.0) and Apple car play but i was wondering if anyone has got Apple music?
I am currently debating whether to get that or Spotify. I know that my BMW will be able to use Spotify directly in the vehicle but does anyone know if Apple music is compatible for the car??

Apple Music is just like using an iPod. What I like about Spotify is the better radio mix that you get. Quality is about the same.

Curation on Spotify is much much better than Apple Music.

Cheers all, drivethrurecfan what do you mean the curation in particular? Im guessing you mean the integration between Spotify and the idrive system?

The Spotify system is much better from a UI perspective. It's also compatible across all platforms.

I've used both products and Spotify is (IMHO), far superior to Apple Music. It also stops you getting even more glued into the Apple eco-system.
