BMW F30 horn problem

Hi everyone, please look at this video

When horn is disconected worked only when steering wheel is in about 90 angle, the same when horn is disconnected and testing and i hear how the relay is clicking... please do you have any idea ? Thanks in advice

It's what connects the steering wheel electronics to the car, even when the wheel turns.

Here's how you trouble shoot it and fix it. Should be less than $60USD

Did you get the horn working? I have the same problem. I've checked the fuse, it's ok. Depending on the angle of the steering wheel, the buttons stop working as well as the horn, but the horn has the past week stopped working all the time. I hear a clicking sound in the FEM and nothing else. Is the clock spring the problem, the relay or do I have to check horns?
I've btw checked for the relay in the FEM but can't find it, I've even taken the FEM apart and nothing found.
