No, quite before the ActiveHybrid 3 was available. That poll accounted for all F30 models and can be found here.

You may want to Edit your original post in this thread (Edit->Go Advanced) and edit the thread title to spell out ActiveHybrid 3. A lot of folks seem to be skipping over the "AH" portion of the title.
