looking to get 19" aftermarket wheels for my f30 xdrive. what is the maximum width and offset i can run for a nice flush setup with little poke? will have H&R sport springs installed.

Check the stance thread. That's a loaded question and you need to do a lot of research to make that kind of fitment work. Find the visual style you like in that thread and you'll also find the suspension and wheel specs as well in most case. "Aggressive" is a subjective term and your version may be completely different than what others would recommend.
