LEASE TAKEOVER: 2016 BMW 340i only $373/mo + tax

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
Sold

Item Interest
Car details:
2016 BMW 340i Black Sapphire Metallic/Black leather w/ red contrast stitching, Comfort access, Leather seats, LED headlights, technology package (heads up display, navigation), enhanced Bluetooth, heated seats, Driver Assistance package (rear-view camera & sensors), Harmon Kardon sound system
MSRP: $53k+ (sticker attached)

Lease details:
Current Payment - $405.59/mo including FL + Hillsborough county tax (8.5%). Your actual payment is $372.82 + tax (depending on state/county).
15k miles a year (appx 6k miles remaining - 46k now and 51,779mi due at turn in). Extra miles can be purchased at $0.25/mile. It gives you appx 750mi per payment left on lease.
36 months (8 months remaining - Lease ends December 23, 2019 - last payment Nov 23rd)
Security deposit $2,800 (refundable at end of lease)

For transferring the lease. I am willing to lose my initial down payment, but I will require you to pay me the $2,800 security deposit (which you will get back at the end of the lease). To make up for some of the miles, I will cover the lease transfer fee of $500. So this is essentially a $0 down ~$400/mo deal on a great car.

EXACT PROCESS: 1st step would be you agreeing to move forward and giving me your name and email which I will give to BMW. they'll then email you the credit application where you have to pay $500. If approved, we meet in person, you give me another $2300, and we sign & mail BMW the final paperwork. I give you the keys once BMW approves everything. You would be responsible for the last 9 payments. At the end of the lease, you get $2800 back from BMW. If your credit application doesn't get improved, BMW will refund you $400 or you can try reapplying at no cost with a cosigner.

I am not willing to leave the lease in my name, sorry.

Otherwise the payoff is around $36k to purchase.

Message me for serious inquiries only. Send me your phone number and I will call/text to discuss further details/showing.

This is not the first time I have done this, so I know the process well. I am happy to answer any questions, and you can also call BMW financial to ask questions.

Car is currently in Ft. Lauderdale where I work, but I travel back and forth to Tampa frequently (hence the higher miles). I have a new car so I am not driving this one other than local on occasion. Willing to meet buyer anywhere between the two cities.

I was planning on doing a M5/M6, but ended up going with a loaded Mercedes C300 ($58k msrp).

I can say that the mercedes has all the cool features the 3-series is lacking, but the build quality just isn't the same. The BMW feels more solid and put together.

Sedan. I'm not a fan of coupes outside of true sports/super cars.

I'm really interested in your listing. The lease term and specifications exactly meet my requirement. Unfortunately, I'm located in San Jose, California. I checked the shipping cost and it is around $1400. Would you be able to cover that or meet me half way. In that case, we can discuss further about this. Feel free to reach out to me at 650-847-8486

Would I pay $1400, no. I'm already paying the $500 transfer fee. I open to shipping it, but I could not cover costs.

BUMP: Still available

Only 8 payments left (original post updated). So you get about 750mi/payment. I am paying the $500 transfer fee to offset some of the miles, and may be willing to come off a little on the deposit for the right deal.
