This post should be on top . I got one private message like this and when I wrote to the email mentioned in the PM, he quoted me $1200 for headlights and sent few low resolution pictures. When I checked the forum members profile, he has 0 posts, 0 reputation, joined March 2021 and says banned.

Also be sure to only use goods and services on PayPal. They will usually get hostile if you ask them and that's a dead give away.
