This carbon fiber interior trim set replaced my original trim pieces with real carbon fiber.

OEM trim has been wrapped with real carbon fiber, and coated with best in class epoxy, and finish it off with high solids automotive clearcoat. It is real carbon fiber, manufactured the same way OEM carbon fiber trim is manufactured, by laminating the carbon fiber to a core. This method retains all the OEM tabs and fixture points so it fits exactly like the OEM trim.

Specs:

Full 5 piece carbon fiber trim set: 2 dash pieces, 2 door trim pieces, and 1 shifter surround.

Real carbon fiber - no vinyl, stickers, or fake "wraps"

Utilizes OEM interior trim pieces for a perfect fit.

Class-leading epoxy resin with UV inhibitors to prevent yellowing.

Several coats of premium automotive polyurethane clearcoat for a deep, glossy shine and a tough, durable finish.

Does the added thickness of the carbon fiber/clear coat over the OEM molding cause ridges on the door handle trim?

No not at all its a clean fit, you have to remove the old OEM molding

So this wouldn't include the iDrive control surround? The pics don't show the shifter surround either...

The IDrive is included int the pictures above, i do not have the CF for the shifter
