335i exhaust tip options!

Hi all, currently looking to upgrade the exhaust tips on my f30 335i to something a little bigger and more aggressive looking!

Haven't really been able to find anything out there as of yet besides the ecs tuning tips that they do for bmw. I was wondering if anyone has had experience with these tips and are they easy to put on or require a lot of work to make fit? Or are there any other tips you guys have put on and would recommend.

Thank you

Not sure about those. Active Autowerke has different options, sizes and colors.

Stock ones are a spring fit that just drive on and stay aligned with a pin in the tip of the exhaust. The Active Autowerke ones just slide on the pipe, and tighten down with an Allan wrench which does allow you to adjust how far they protrude.

Thanks for that! Do the active autowerks ones just slip on to the existing tips or they replace the whole tip?

You just knock the existing ones off and then you are left with a 2 3/16" (I believe) piece of pipe from each side of the muffler.

AA ones just slide on and then clamp in place. Super easy to do.

I have VRSF tips that were slip-on (no clamp) but for a 340. Should be roughly the same, look into it!

Save the money for tips towards a axleback or catback exhaust.

Maybe in the future but for now I like the sound of the stock exhaust combined with a careless downpipe, just looking to make the tips a bit bigger that's all!
