PWG to EWG conversion for BM3 customROM features

Just out of curiosity if converting from PWG to EWG with all associated hardware and software. Would BM3 customROM features (mainly flex fuel) be accessible?

Not interested in the PWG vs EWG arguments but very interested to see if this would unlock the customROM features EWG cars have.

I would ask BM3 this question for certainty in the reply, there's only one person ive seen in the N55 section that did such a conversion
