F32 Slammed, what is the ideal offset / Width
Hey if you guys had to pick an ideal wheel offset / width for some 19's that wouldn't require any rolling/shaving/have any rubbing while slammed, what would you choose?
Something not too aggressive while still being able to raise the car up and drive it like a BMW from time to time. on Bilstein PSS B14 or B16's, KW V2's or 3's. Lookin at HRE R 101's, HRE Classic 300, or some Work Meister S1 3P wheels. 15' 428i F32 I see 19x8.5 ET 35 + 19x9.5 ET 45 an ideal setup so far but not quite sure if i'll need spacers with some 235/35/19, 275/30/19 tires or a lot of other cars running: 19x9.5 et 20 19.10x5 et ?? (NTS: The lower the offset the more it sticks out) Last edited by Jesse_1904; 08-02-2016 at 08:56 PM.. |

If you are truly slammed, almost anything is going to require at least some trimming of fender liners. I would stick to the 19x8.5 ET35 and 19x9.5 ET45. Drop the car to where you want it and add camber, if you need to.

I'm specifically referring to the first set of specs that OP listed. 10 ET45 works too.

Does m3's and M4's have better clearance on slammed wheels? When I asked an M3 owner regarding his wheel setup and clearance, he told me F chassis come flush shaved from factory and no rubbing, shaving, or pulling required.

F3x and F8x will call for much different specs. The F8x will use lower offsets than your car.

For an aggressive but nice setup, I went with the VMR v710's (Made great for the price). I'm on KW v2 coilovers and I'm tucking a little tire, so I'm pretty "slammed" or just really low. As for my setup, I'm running 19x8.5 et35 front (going to get spacer fir the front to make it more aggressive maybe) and 19x9.5 et33 rear. The front is the normal offset most people run on f30's however the rear is a little bit more aggressive than most. To make it fit and look good, There is about -2.6 degrees camber in the rear. No rubbing, no fender rolling/pulling. There is however a slammed/stanced f30 thread with tons of pictures and different setups, so you could check there. If you'd like I can share pictures of certain angles you'd like, to see fitment.
