I am new to the group and the car itself. I am still working out all the options. I purchased a 2014 420d Coupe. My current map version is:

Europa
BMW Group
101131.3.412
Road Map EUROPE Route 2014-1
RL_EntryNav_Nav_13503A

Can you suggest where and how I can update the maps?

No, sorry. The odds of you finding, assuming it even exists to begin with, North Africa HIGH map is slim to none.
