Yes, they look really nice and does improve the overall appearance of the car. I bet they are a bit better than the stock M-sport brakes too, but some people over exaggerate their performance if you ask me.

hes right. see the multiple previous threads. piston spec, pad spec and size of the rotors are identical. all you are getting is the dimples/slots which increases the surface area, which theoretically improves cooling and resists fade. not relevant 95-99% of the time.
