Like these? Can you confirm these fit into stock housing without modification?

So, what your saying is that any LED that will fit is a good choice?

Hmm... anyone else?

Edit: I do see RoadSun mentioned a couple times but cannot find on eBay. I don't have an Amazon membership.

That’s not what I was saying at all. Your answer can be figured out pretty easily by doing a little research using google if the bulb your looking at will fit. Also this can not possibly be the first time your question has been asked on here.

I personally bought some led bulbs from one of our site sponsors and just upgraded the high beam to a bright white color bulb since I don’t use it that much. Also went led fog bulbs as well. Don’t forget some coding will need to be done to keep the led bulbs from flickering.

Good luck.

Those look great, can you confirm they fit directly into the stock housing without modification? What holds them in place?

I can use these for both the high beam and low beam correct?

Also - what did you use for the fogs?

Thanks.

What Halogen high beam did you choose, I was planning to go the same route...

What LED H8 did you use for fog?

First post shows the led bulbs and resisters I used in one of the pics. And also list the led bulbs I bought for the high and low beams.

When I switched to the retro headlights I got rid of the leds and went with HID and the regular bulbs for high beams. I used xenesis tru-match bulbs.

Sweet, looking forward to getting my hands on them....

Did they just snap right into the stock housing or is there some trickery involved?

I couldn't get them to fit into the high beam, still looking for one I wouldn't have to modify, I just used silver star what ever their brightest is for the high beam, since no one is ever gonna see it. I used beam tech for the fogs too the one side was a pain in the ass to get in but eventually got it snapped in

edit: just saw the fogs you bought i'm pretty sure those are just for look and not function

I got these for my car last month. Super bright, matter of fact it may be a little too bright lol. But pattern is good and consistent.

Lows
http://www.ddmtuning.com/Products/Saber-50W-H7-LED-PR

Fogs
http://www.ddmtuning.com/Products/Raptor-35W-H7-CSP

They’re not plug and play. Had to code out the warm and cold checks to prevent the flickering. Have been working well for about a month now.

someone else posted a similar tutorial. Nonetheless the same questions keep coming up on an almost daily basis, sometimes in simultaneous posts.

Any reason that has lead you to believe that?

I definitely disagree. Not saying I didn't take an $8 gamble but I believe, if they work - they will be bright and functional especially since they have both forward and side facing LEDs.

I will confirm when they arrive and post pics.

Forward facing LEDs are often the reason for a bad beam pattern and blinding oncoming traffic. Halogens don't send light forward for that reason. Preventing forward light transmission is why halogen bulbs have a dark coating on the front of the bulb.

They fit into the stock housing. The only trickery is getting your hands and head in the wheel well at the same time. You can either look at where the bulb goes, or you can put your hands in there, but not both. I took a pic with my phone so I could see what I was feeling in there...

I understand what you are saying and agree (for Low Beams) but do you honestly think my fog lights will be blinding? Arent they generally pointed much lower than headlights?

Im not saying they wont be blinding - they very well could be, my assumption is that since they are low to the ground and rarely used... Ill be fine. I definitely don't want to be "that guy" blinding every car I pass in the dark.
