LED LCI to Adaptive LED Headlight Upgrade

I have a 2017 with LED LCI headlights... well had. Need to buy new headlights to replace the broken ones and was thinking of just upgrading to adaptive LEDs. Would it just be a straight up plug in and code?

Now, my car doesn't have HBA. Would that be an issue? If anyone has any real knowledge or experience with this, I'd appreciate the input on what all I would need to install adaptive LEDs.

Interested in this subject as well...For the HBA as far as I know you need the KAFAS camera, coding and an indicator stalk with the auto high-beam switch (for example part no. 9351153 in case you have a F31 like me).
