Most and Least reliable cars

http://www.thisismoney.co.uk/money/c...-revealed.html

Must say, surprised to see the previous generation 3 series in the top 5 most reliable!

Much less surprised to see 3 Land/Range Rovers in the bottom 5.

Surprised to see the Tesla Model S at the bottom, and by some way. Despite the simplicity of electric cars (as touted by Tesla themselves).

Maybe not surprised when I recall the build 'quality' of the Model X that I drove!

If Tesla are struggling to build cars quickly and efficiently then perhaps shouldn't be a surprise that the ones they have build have had numerous issues.

Not the Alfa I had on holiday. Picked up a Guilia from Milan for 5 days and it broke by the time I got to Venice. Wouldn't lock. Looked fantastic but quality inside not great.
Avis swapped it for an audi A3

These surveys always seem to throw up obscure results. Honda less reliable than Fiat?

Yes, all Fiat owners got a horses head on their pillows the night before they voted. Capice?

I don't think I have ever had a BMW break down on me and I've had 8. A few other faults maybe but never had to call out an Emergency Service.

These surveys are utterly pointless and unless they publish a percentage along with actual value, then the percentage is always suspect.

While I have zero issues slagging off Tesla, only 28 owners voted.

You can guarantee that small a number with any manufacturer will be complaining and reporting negatively. Humans are great at passing negative views but pretty crap at positive views.

At least the 60 E90 owners were relatively happy.

All the Tesla owners were too busy charging, worrying over range anxiety and insulting rescue volunteers.
