BMW F30 3 Series LCI Facelift Prototype Spotted

I'm really happy to see people ripping BMW for their ridiculous omission of LED turn signals and brake lights on pre-lci models. Do they think we won't notice? Do they think people won't balk at a purchase over lighting? I suppose I should have asked the BMW chief designer when I spoke to him in L.A. during the auto show.

While you are right that a BMW should have LED tails, it's just BMW's way of making money. You can't blame them for that.

I don't care that it doesn't have them. My Infiniti had them and while they look neat and all, it's not a deal breaker for me...obviously.

very modest facelift indeer...i guess they're focusing more on the engine changes.

similar to what they did for the E90's.....introduced the 335's and then facelifted the next year

Thank god. The F30 needed it from day one.

BMW please fix the front AND rear fascia. While you're at it, upgrade the interior materials.

Not very realistic. An M-Sport is just cosmetic add on. Would be pointless in a non ///M car.

Been 7 years since it came out. That's a lot in today's automotive industry.

I am hoping for LED turn signals, better sound proofing and interior plastics.

There are much cheaper cars with way better HUDs out there. I'm not asking for much--tach, current gear selected would be nice at a minimum.

Getting the same displays that are just above the steering wheel would be welcome as well.

LED lights are sadly one of the biggest selling points of the LCI. It's probably not fitted yet on these spy cars yet. Chances are very good we will get LED taillights and blinkers.
