How to make on board info idrive start working?

I've updated the code via usb for fsc apps and it worked after few hours spotify app and so showed up but now things like on board info or condition of car does not show up, its all greyed out and i cannot reset it beacuse the box just dont work, can you advice me how to fix it ?

Try a hard reset, press the volume button for 40 seconds.

For some reason it doesnt work, 40 sec and nothing happend.
Any other way to reset it ?
