F32 Carbon front and rear diffusers and side sills

Has anybody bought the carbon versions of these?
If so any advice and guidance on where to buy from?

I'm also interested in the full carbon kit, but I'm waiting until March or so when I put my regular wheels/tyres back on. So far I found three options:

- Unit 17 - https://www.instagram.com/unit17_uk/?hl=en

- ShutterGang - https://shutterganglabs.co.uk/collections/bmw-4-series

All of them fit or deliver I think. And if you're in a 435i/440i with the dual tail pipes, apparently it's very hard to get a decent fitment of the carbon rear diffuser...for whatever reason. All other variants (single/twin/quad tail pipes are fine).

I bought a rear diffuser which is abs and has been carbon dipped so not quite the real thing. It fits perfectly on my 440 and you really can’t Lee the difference from real carbon. I bought it on eBay from a German company. Ms side vent, mirror covers and front corner splitter are all from eBay and are real carbon

So did you get the OEM diffuser to get around fitment issues on the aftermarket carbon ones? Pics?

None on the parts I bought are OEM and they all fit very well. Particularly the rear diffuser, all the holes were in exactly the right place

Nart Did you go any further with this? Love the look of the Unit 17 kit. just waiting until I swap my winter wheels back to summers :-)

Not yet...like you I was waiting to put my summer wheels/tyres back on, which will happen in the next couple of weeks. I also splashed on Michelin PS4S TYRES last month so trying to spread the cost a bit.

I'll be looking at the carbon kit towards the end of the month now, probably with Unit 17. I just need to make sure they can get a decent fitment on the rear diffuser for the 440i pipes.

We're in a bit of a dilemma at the moment as they don't do diffusers in carbon for dual pipes (435i/440i). You can source these from various places, but it's common knowledge that fitment is shit...personally I don't get why it is so difficult to manufacture this specific version to a certain standard, as all other pipes variations are fine, as well as ABS ones.

Therefore we would only need splitter and side sills from them (I'll go for mirror caps as well), which makes any deal making a bit of a long shot as it's quite a departure from multiple cars needing the full kit. Personally, I might go for the splitter/side sills/mirror caps and hold fire on the diffuser for a bit, or get an ABS one and carbon dip it.

Even if it's only the splitter and sills as you say, if it's a proper good deal I'd be up for it. I've also been looking at getting plain ABS and hydro dipping or even wrapping, although all the quotes I'm getting are really not saving that much compared to buying fake carbon like these ones...

I've been (individually) quoted £370 for splitter, £370 for side sills, and £120 for mirror caps. All including fitting from Unit 17.

Also, it's not fake carbon, it's real carbon, just an aftermarket part rather than BMW OEM.

Ok, is it real carbon layering on an ABS frame kind of thing? I imagine a fully carbon fibre piece would be nowhere near that cheap?
