Great spec. , you'll really enjoy it when you get it. In the 5th month with mine and it makes me smile just to look at it, let alone drive it.

Cheers

I still smile each time I do it, even now nearly 8 months in..
I can't wait for this after 7 years driving diesels
The low down shunt of the diesels is not there which does require you to relearn your driving habits a bit, but that is soon forgotten once you get into the mid range and above.
+1
Lovely car, lovely colour, enjoy!!
I drove big turbo diesels for 20 years before getting my 440i with MPPSK. Last one I had was a 330d with MPPK. Yes, you'll miss the low down grunt from a standstill but the mid range and beyond is simply awesome. The B58 feels a lot faster in the mid range and beyond and the time it takes to get to the NSL and beyond when on the move will give you goosebumps. Happy days

Can’t wait to experience the full range of the engine but got to get through the long running in process first

It'll probably be at the dealers within 2 weeks. Can you really wait until 1st March? I know I would but I'm just teasing!

Cheers

It’s going to be tough but my company car doesn’t go back until 21st Feb so I might as well wait until 1st March.

Also as the car ages slightly, the exhaust note improves. Admittedly mine doesn't have the particulate filter but it actually sounds better now after nearly 9 months than it did when new.

Excellent something to look forward to after the run is period is over!

It’s stuck at “Released to Carrier” at the moment.

Used to be 1200, I guess that hasn't changed. @teaston posted a pic of his new beast crossing the 1200 threshold recently. Although that one does sip from the devil's pump.

Now at sea

My dealer is based in the West Midlands. Does anyone know whether it will go into Southampton or Immingham?

Southampton would be my guess.
