Is it possible to decrease mileage on PCP?
I know people can increase mileage but can it work the opposite way if someone over estimated their mileage needs?

They probably only allow it once. On my previous BMW, I had increased from 10k to 12k a year. If I remember the person I spoke to said you can only do it once. I wonder if that once is either way.

I might give them a call. My mileage has gone down from 25,000 to 20,000 a year since we started doing all our family miles in the wifes car.
Overall will be 20,000 less when I get to the end of year 4. Although, I won't get that far |

Supposedly decreasing miles would then affect GFV, therefore monthlies?

A colleague of mine only does 6k a year but has had a couple of Audi's on 8k per annum deals. He says the lower than expected mileage has helped him at switch over time. In your case I'd imagine that you should be quite a bit better off at the end... |

I'd rather have reduced monthlies now, than something that might not exist in the future. Not sure if they even do that though. Can't hurt to ask. |

You say overinflated GFV?
Trade in 218d GT after 2.5yeas, GFV after 4 years was 13k on paper, not exceeded the millage, good spec, PX 15k. Did not like the car took loss on chin. No more "exotic" cars like that |

I had similar problem with giving away to a trader my high spec 320d X-drive touring. On the chin or in the balls it's the really of parting with your nice motor. |
