Fuel filter?
Hi,
Does the N20 F30 have a fuel filter? Newtis is showing a external fuel filter, but real oem has no part number? https://www.newtis.info/tisv2/a/en/f...ter/1VnYxYPDkF Anyone changed this? I'm ok 90k miles and assuming it's never been changed. Thanks |

The only filter shown for my N20 F34 is in the complete fuel pump assembly, which includes the fuel level sensor and fuel filter, referred to as a delivery module. The filter is supposedly rated as 'lifetime'. The car's, not yours.

Yeah, always fill up at 1/4 more or less.
Ordered that filter as the auto parts store confirmed it's on our cars? Also TIS mentions a external filter, maybe it's a euro thing? Will find out this weekend and update |

I've seen it mentioned as being on cars for the Chinese market, to help with claimed inferior fuel, but that's as likely as not jingoistic nonsense. None of the usual sources list one for my 328, but there are quite a few aftermarket fuel pumps, at 1/3 the price of OEM.
