How's the tread? Do you feel any vibration? It could blow tomorrow (unlikely), it could go 10,000 more miles. Just risk tolerance question for you. I've had one for the last 5,000 miles, I only replace if the bulge includes a tear where you can see the steel cabling. I'm waiting for the tires on that axle to wear down to replace as a set. If you're driving out to the wilderness, maybe think about replacing.
People will say the bulge compromises the 50 miles you get on a flat. Maybe it does, maybe it doesn't 🤷 |

Is it a runflat? If so, it's usually a lot worse on the inside, and it gets worse over time.
Here was mine. Outside: View post on imgur.com Inside: View post on imgur.com |

For this alone you don't need to replace it, but check it regularly. If it would grow, replace (best all for non run-flats).
Exactly, this is important. Also often comes hand in hand with cracked rim... |

The bulge is belt separation of the tire. |

Replace the tire as soon as possible - please. As MasterCard commercial reminded all of us, some things are priceless.

If it's a run flat that damage usually happens when hitting a pothole, causing a separation of the inner and outer sidewalls, which can get really bad really fast. If it's not a run flat it may be a manufacturing defect that's not as likely to get much worse, if any.

You'll probably be ok. Just stay alert when driving. Check them often and if it's getting worse, then replace.
I just had a gentle tire failure of my right front BMW OEM runflat (F1 Eagle Assymetrics) on my 340i. This is the 5th bubbled tire since I got the car in June 2019. I got tired of buying (and throwing away) mostly good tires so I kept running on 2 front tires with bubbles while knowing I was on borrowed time. When the right front gave out about a week ago, it was pretty uneventful. Maybe I was lucky. The car started pulling slightly to that side and then the TPMS sensor alerted me. I then drove about another mile to a gas station, saw the air leaking out of the bubble. Then I got gas and drove about 10 miles home on the run flat. Try to honestly assess your driving experience, reactions, and how far away you are from service. Then decide based on that. |

Says it all there. Unless you like to live dangerously and no family in the car.
