what blew!
my wife has informed me that when she opens her door in her 2014 f30 that the courtesy light in the footwell dosent come on, so I removed the light and metered the red/tan wire at the light and sure shooting its dead, the brown is ground potential, all ok, the white blue, is orange illumination and the white red is white illumination, and they are ok, so I checked the fused under the hood behind the battery charge post, ALL GOOD, then I checked the fuses in the trunk, ALL GOOD, sooooo anyone have any idea as to what might have smoked???

door switch is electronic and built into the handle.. as far as giving me a indication in the instrumentation cluster, yes.. it works perfect.. so this is why I think something is blown.
