Just got F32 435i - Good next steps?!

What’s up everyone,
Recently got hit in my 2012 335i sedan and it got totaled out. Decided to go with a 2014 435i. I’ve already put in Active Autowerks tune and VRSF downpipe. Well I actually pick the car up tomorrow with both being done at the same time. The site I ordered the downpipe from sent me the wrong one so had to leave it with them bececause I didn’t want to pay for another installation and the company overnighted it. What do you guys think I should be expecting power and response wise from the tune and downpipe? Also, what do you recommend or think I should do next? I still have a 3rd party warranty so don’t want to go too crazy but am open to some more mods.

I would definitely recommend a charge pipe as soon as you can, especially since you just did a tune. After that, maybe a new fmic.

Definitely this. The stock chargepipe is known to fail on stock tune, it won't last long on with a Stage 2 tune.

Thanks so much. The shop that did the tune for me recommended getting the VRSF downpipe so I did. I saw VRSF does charge pipes also for pretty inexpensive. Am I really sacrificing anything with the cost if I go with them compared to ER?

Mike, would this be what I need for FMIC/charge pipe combo for 2014 435i manual? And would it be best for? Currently have AA stage 2 and VRSF catless downpipe. Will do PS2 in future.

And would this FMIC be good enough if I decide to get a PS2?

The Active Autowerke is a 5" intercooler, its great for lightly modded cars

For PS2 application i would select a 6" intercooler like Wagner EVO II, VRSF Race, CSF or Evolution Racewerks.

Mike, I need to get a charge pipe for my 2014 BMW 435i manual transmission. Can you send me a link for one to your website on what you recommend?
