At the title states, I am after a set of M403 19 inch stock wheels. Willing to buy with or without tires, but really interested in the condition of the wheels.

Hit me with what you got. Not really wanting to pay shipping. Willing to meet from northern North Carolina to New Jersey... I'm in norther Virginia.
