That looks good. Boost, timing, fuel pressure, AFR all look clean. She seems to be healthy. Curious to see what differences the new revision has.

Nope, catless.

I do have the secondary N26 cat thats built into midpipe (N20 do not). Thinking about removing it for a touch more sound.

Check my garage for full mod list if interested.

I took mine off (still stock dp) and made no difference, can you do a before\after with the catless dp? I'm curious if it would be noticeable as opposed to doing it with the stock dp.

Full disclosure... I did switch back to my K&N drop in filter (freshly cleaned, oiled/dried overnight) from the OEM paper filter Ive been running for the last 10-15k (including prior data log above).

Appreciate you guys taking a peak and commenting as Im honestly not confident in my reading skills.

It's acting a bit strange, when it overboost's, there's no usual reaction of DME to close a throttle a bit, nor wastegate duty cycle changes to prevent overboost... And it holds boost like crazy at higher rpm's (way better than mine)
Timing is also not very consistent, a lot of changes between cylinders. Should be a steady climb in timing with rpm. Probably because you have 5 knocks and each knock is throwing timing out of balance.

Try a better fuel if you can, or send log tp PTF

One other thought...

Since flashing v4.5:

I am currently running a full tank of 91 from Texaco (for these last two logs).

Prior v4.4 log above would have been on Shell or Mobil, cant remember. I always use one of the three, mainly Shell VPower 91.

I don't see any indications of an overboost as mentioned above. Looks like it's holding boost really well, right where it should be. However, I do agree that timing is a bit off. It looked OK in the first one; the last two, not so much. Not reaching the target and is a bit erratic. Could be crappy gas, but also would be silly not to at least mention that it was OK before v4.5! I would give it a week to let adaptations settle, and if it doesn't shape up by then, ask PTF about it.

Thanks. I drove out to Bodega Bay yesterday... burned through that whole tank of gas and switched back to Shell VPower 91 once returned home.

300 mile trip, she ran strong and didn't miss a beat.

Will log again after I burn through this tank and see if timing issues have improved.

Appreciate you keeping an eye out for me!

Of course! Adaptations could also be a factor like I said before... Time will tell!

Here's my stage 2 v4.5

http://www.bootmod3.net/log?id=5e48955dc090c64054373748

SS datalogs looks clean. I'm just curious about oil and coolant temp. Mine seem to be lower.

How can you not see it? Look at the boost from 4k to 5k rpms... MAP[psi] is more than a target boost, for a whole 1k rpm, and there's no reaction from DME to close the throttle or adjust Wastegate Duty Cycle... I don't get it...

I see what you're saying. Looks like the boost jumps a little bit right as he stabs the gas, but only to ~22psi (which is the stage 2 target anyway, not a dangerous value by any means). Hardly something I would worry about. When I hear "overboost" I think a consistent and significant boost pressure above target. If we look at the whole boost curve, the small spike at the beginning, in my opinion, becomes artifactual as the rest of the curve looks good. I think the DME would respond accordingly if that little spike was maintained.

Take a peak at both logs above and let me know your thoughts, please!

Anyone else feel free to comment, your time and effort is appreciated.

Looks good! WOT timing shaped up really nicely, looks much better than it did before. Also, no more little knocks that you were getting in the last couple logs. Looks like adaptations helped significantly to smooth things out, or maybe you did just have shitty gas.

Everything looks good as far as I can tell
