If E-Sys is installed in default location, C:\EC-Apps\ESG\E-Sys, E-Ssys Launcher should locate it.

You cant FDL Code without E-Sys Launcher, which is why it ask for PIN.

I am absolute newbie to this whole BMW coding stuff.
I have done some research and installed some programs (see below).

Vehicle: 2009 750i

I use a MacBook Pro (i7, 16gb, 1tb). I run windows 10 using parallels.
I have successfully installed ISTA+, ISTA-P, and e-SYS (3.28). I am able to connect to the car successfully using a ENET cable.
Both e-SYS and ISTA+ connect fine.

I am interested in coding some options using e-SYS. However, I am not able to get the Launcher to work. Looks like it has restrictions to run on VM. I have tried reaching to TokenMaster several times, but no avail.

What are my options?

Do I need a native windows laptop to anything with e-SYS? or are there any alternatives that can run on Virtual Machine.

Can run E-Sys Launcher in Boot Camp or VM is you add to the .vmx file the line:

SMBIOS.reflectHost = TRUE

Boot Camp is a good idea. I switched to parallels for the ease of use and never thought of it.
How can I change system date on Boot Camp?
I have read that e-Sys Launcher detects date manipulation.

No System Date Change needed. You can use E-Sys Launcher PRO 2.8.2 for free, at least until April 2020 when it expires:
