340i 19 staggered to 18 square

Good time of day to all,
This is my first post and I really need advice. Tried searching but no luck.
Issue boils down to this - right now my f30 340i has 19in staggered setup with brembo brakes. I also have a set of oem 18in square setup with winter tires that came off another 340i but without brembo brakes. I bought these last year for my previous car (228i).
Does anyone know if this winter set will fit?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What is the offset of the 18" wheels? and are the Brembo's you're referring to, M-performance brakes?

AFAIK all oem 18" ET34 will fit over M-performance brakes. here are examples of 397 and 400M over M-perf brakes. 18" 405M should work as well.

18" 405Ms... are these the Matte Black ones? If so, these are one of the lightest factory forged wheels in the OEM F3x lineup (~9.8 Kg each). Great choice!

Rule of thumb for subsequent readers of this thread:

For F3x 6-cylinder model's like 335i/435i/340i/etc including their xDrive models:

Grey brakes (front 340mm/rear 330mm) can fit under BMW 17" wheels.

Blue brakes (front 370mm/rear 345mm) require a minimum of a BMW 18" wheel.

If you have brakes from some 4-cylinder models or from a previous owner upgrading the brakes then you could have a combination of the two. The most common of these are front 340mm and rear 345mm. In this example while the fronts will fit under a 17" wheel, the rear brakes will not. So the car will need a minimum of 18" wheels.

Non-BMW aftermarket wheels probably adhere to this too, but beware if an aftermarket wheel has a different barrel shape or a crazy offset. Always test fit before you buy a non-BMW wheel from an individual seller unless you really know the product well.
