Charge pipe or down pipe for a 2018 330i xdrive

as per title, for some reason I can't search when on cell.
Seems the wife has been listening and is...amenable to some noise upgrades. Big smiles.
Since in not sure which will benefit the most, I'm looking for input along with rough estimates on prices.
Would love some nice burbles, but louder across the board works too.
Not looking to spend 1500 for a full exhaust either, but if I had to, it would be a dual exhaust, 1 out of each side at the back, anything else isn't going to cut it.

Chargepipe will not provide noise. A downpipe or axelback will. Do note that a downpipe may void your warranty depending on how strict your dealer is. An axelback will not.

Chargepipe doesnt do anything, the only reason people buy them is to avoid failure or replace a failed one. If you want to do something fun, get a downpipe- I recommend 200 cel catted. If you go catless it will be the last upgrade your wife endorses due to the smell.

You need to make sure you get the right down pipe for the B46 version. The B48 downpipe will not fit.

Suggest you get with Mike from https://x-ph.com a forum sponsor for the correct pipe!
