Oh Poop, then Oh OK

Friday night had me opening the front door and checking the drive faster than ever before.

Just for a moment I total OH F@@K moment. Just before my brother in law warned me about crims in the area taking photos of cars on peoples driveways at 02:30.

So when I saw this on my phone and a missed call from the tracker centre. Yikes!

However the important bit of the message is at the bottom!

whoops minor panic over. Dealer obviously transporting old car somewhere. (Alert is triggered if the car moves on a trailer etc without ignition on. Have to be careful on ferries to eg Isle of Man for me).

Fair play Land Rover impresses with this. Very reassuring and 'free' within the car. Eg it's not a tracker I installed or service I pay for directly (I know it's all built in the price but still it's good).

Garage List
I used to have a tracker 24 hr monitor on my Volvo many years ago.

Had a few calls from their monitoring centre when I turned on too many Electrical’s - apparently the tracker read the voltage drop as vehicle off and then read the movements.

Can't keep up with you changing cars, I thought the M3 was just for the wife and you were keeping the RR.

Halliwell Jones must love you
