Why broken?

If you read the article and not just the headline, the judge refused her request and her human rights weren't violated.

Seems common sense prevailed.

That's correct but why was it allowed in court in the first place she wasn't bothered about other peoples human rights when she got banged up but then complains about hers when she is released. Broken Britain.

Because part of being British is you are allowed your day in court, rightly or wrongly.

And for the record I agree it's ridiculous.

And when I was setting about trying to buy a house the council didn't ask me if I wanted 5 grand to help, so really being a good citizen is total bollocks when you see the likes of this.

As she's been convicted of terrorism offences and then breached her license whilst on release, you strip her of the British citizenship and let her go and live with her terrorist husband.

British citizenship is a privilege not a right. Go against the laws and values of our land and lose that privilege.

Give me three good reasons why not
For a start they seem to be far better at refusing entry than we are

Do you think it was the women who pursued this or could she have been under ‘advice’ of her legal team?

The abuse and plundering of public money via the legal aid system by avaricious
lawyers (Mrs Bliar, for instance) is another matter...
