Why broken?

If you read the article and not just the headline, the judge refused her request and her human rights weren't violated.

Seems common sense prevailed.

That's correct but why was it allowed in court in the first place she wasn't bothered about other peoples human rights when she got banged up but then complains about hers when she is released. Broken Britain.

Because part of being British is you are allowed your day in court, rightly or wrongly.

And for the record I agree it's ridiculous.

what about the 16months that we've paid for here to stay in hotels. And presumably the support for her kids when she's locked up.

And when I was setting about trying to buy a house the council didn't ask me if I wanted 5 grand to help, so really being a good citizen is total bollocks when you see the likes of this.

As she's been convicted of terrorism offences and then breached her license whilst on release, you strip her of the British citizenship and let her go and live with her terrorist husband.
