I try full e85 map in my ewg car.
Full e85 map do only 12 psi (HPFP capasity is poor)
Stage 2+ do 17 psi
So, witch map do more whp:s?

Full E85 is not a power map. It's suited for those that have easy access to E85 and the price being cheaper than 93 octane.

For power go with the highest ocane map in whichever stage your setup for or E20 tunes.

Was that the stage 2 E85? or stage 1? The E85 will run less boost but probably more timing.

Stage 2+ will probably be the highest power. As mentioned below pick the highest octane for your fuel or use a ethanol mix map (since it seems you have access to E85).

Iíll keep saying it. The stock maps are ok - a custom tune in worlds better.

You're correct but they're much better then many other OTS maps from other manufacturers, from what I've used in the past.

any word on the ios version of the mhd app? i assume that would work using the wifi adapter to load the tune and you wouldn't need a cable or android/laptop to load the tune or unlock the dme?

Is anyone using an OTS map with a Pure Stage 1 turbo with FBO? Curious what your experience has been like.

MHD maps are not what I would consider good on the EWG N55.

Post some logs. Hard shifts, throttle too sensitive, surging power on steady throttle, other drivability issues? Whether it is a good map for WOT can be read from a log.

I have a custom map, so what I post isnít going to represent what the OTS maps can do.

The standard tunes are less powerful than their BM3 counterparts, producing 350ish whp at best, and the E tunes arenít much better. I just think they are incredibly weak - but a good stepping stone if you want to go to a custom tune.

I ran a 12.218 @ 114.94 on MHD Stage 2+. I haven't seen anybody with BM3 trapping higher than that. What kind of times and traps are BM3 folks running?

Pump gas only?

No idea, but there is a BM3 group on FB, and I think you can compare times on Dragy.

I will say a guy I went to the track with a M235i - FBO, JB4 and some race gas did 12.2 @ 113 as well.

Despite the almost identical weight, the M235i seem to run quicker than their equally modded f30/f32 counterparts.
There is a thread about this.

Yah 93 octane. Thanks for the heads up. I'm not really interested in moving to BM3. I'm exceptionally happy with MHD in terms of both driveability and power. But more data points are always interesting.

I am new to MHD and have 1 easy question

I will go directly to stage 2 but if I need to revert and go to stock map, the stock map will be my original stock map? ( mppk ) , a generic mppk or a mhd map with same adjustments as the stock mppk?

thanks.

There was a guy who ran the 93 OTS map with BM3 with his M235xi that did 12.0 @ 117mph with the timeslip.

I have MHD. Iím just telling you and anyone else who will listen, a custom map on MHD will do more than a Custom on a BM3 car - I would recommend it it both.

I haven't logged my car in about a year... updated the maps ... log is ots Stage 2+ 95octane... There is 50 more Torque act. clutch nm's than before!... very very happy... ... this is with a stock Cat... still have to put my fabspeed on...

https://datazap.me/u/fastf30/log-157...30-31-32-33-34

P.s. wish MHD would increase top-end a little still... at least for the American market...

P.s.s. The IAT's were the same as my last log so this is apples to apples comparison...

Here is my old one...
https://datazap.me/u/fastf30/log-154...0&data=4-17-27

Much more linear
