Can't answer your question, but I am intrigued why you got the MPPK installed and you 'drive all the time in comfort mode'. An oxymoron, surely?

I get 14-15(sport mode) local and 28-30 highway(eco pro)...thought just today I did 30 min highway trip in comfort and had 21mpg so I think you are good..it all depends on your driving habbits such as speed and what not, don't think the mppk makes much of a difference in MPG but I may be wrong.

Look at your average speed. That will be the key to explaining low average MPG.
But yes, your tires and wheels likely hurt more than the MPPK did.

I love cars & and very carefull , i installed the mppk because I loke to have everything BMW has for my car, the car has rims vossen 20 inch,245 front and 275 rear. The wheels are very light weight , and they are ligther than the factory ones. My question is If I always driver very carefull not even fast, why the car consume so much gas. 18 local 20 hwy in comfort mode. When I called the dealer I ask if it had a problem , there anwer was if you were looking to have more power , you have to use more gas. But I still think something is wrong.

Your MPG is off because of your new wheel and tire combo. I'm guessing you have 245 35 20 and 275 30 20 tires. They have a larger rolling diameter than stock so all MPG info including speed info will be inaccurate. The effect of a larger rolling diameter is that you'll be going faster than what your speedo displays and by that same token, you'll have traveled further than what your display says.

My Michelin PSS' create a lot more rolling resistance, my MPGs took about a 10% hit.
