2019 F36 throwing codes 13070B and 120408

Hello, seeing if anyone can give me insight on this. Got drivetrain malfunction code on startup a couple days ago: I turned it off and back on, runs just fine but feels real sluggish when accelerating. Was able to pull these 2 codes from the DME. Is this boost solenoid or Vanos? Only 34,000 miles and had oil change at 29,000. So other symptoms besides the sluggishness.

120408 is a secondary code, for limp mode. its not letting the engine boost to protect it.
13070B is for your intake camshaft vanos actuator.
Replace both the vanos actuator solenoids at the back of the engine valve cover. intake solenoid is on the drivers side.

Thanks for this-- really unfortunate that these solenoids are at the back of the motor. Is this just regular wear and tear or pretty normal for B58 around this mileage? I'm seeing a lot about Vanos being an issue for a lot of owners around 50K, so seems a little premature.

I think its pretty common to see them go around this mileage from what I see around, I had my intake solenoid fail at 60k. I consider that pretty good with the quality of todays electronics. They're not terrible to replace DIY though! I had both intake/exhaust solenoids replaced in an hour or two. No other vanos trouble to report since.
