F30 Snapped Folding Mirror Repair

Reversed my car into the drive a few months ago and my wing mirror went to war with a bin that had been left poking out and unfortunately, the bin won.

The electricals are all still in tact and the mirror was holding on by the wire but it seems to be the teeth on the motor that snapped.

Just wondered if anyone knows what my options are. Can I replace the teeth or am I looking at a whole new mirror?

Hey, I have the same problem. Wondering if you were able to fix it or if you had to just get a whole new mirror assembly.
