what does my spark plugs are trying to say

this is my plugs after about 50000 km my car is stock 335i 2012 i don't know why they are grey like this !!

They are saying "thanks for changing me"

They look like normal used plugs to me...

Mine looked about the same... first change in 70K miles I believe unless the PO did them.
