I never even thought of that, what a great idea. When I get mine I will buy my tires in the states.

"As far as I know"....

I suppose you've just discovered the inter-tubes?

I think You're right about the 335. It's the 328 that you need to get Sportline to get the sport auto with paddles.

I got a quote online for $1,848 per year which is $154 per month.

Wow! I'm paying $330 per month on my E90 and just thinking what they'll charge for my F30...most probably more...

Time to do some shopping around...

$115 for me.

You have to remember Maz, some of us are a little older, and have been driving for a long time. We also have multiple cars and a house under the policy.

$195/month including collision, $2 million 3rd party, roadstar and replacement insurance. Without roadstar and replacement it would have been about $155.

Sometimes insurance rates are quite puzzling. We were paying significantly more for a 10 year old Nissan Sentra than for my beast, the 2006 Z4M roadster. Go figure!

As we all wait for delivery of our cars does anyone know if the BMW Canada interest rate has changed? Is it still 4.9%?

Am I correct in assuming if it drops before my car arrived I will get the lower rate?

I don't think it's going to drop but if it does, you'll get the lower rate...

Otherwise everyone would cancel their order if the lease/finance rates changed before they took delivery of their car.

That's just weird!

I'm going to be shopping around and will consider going to TD or Desjardins...they seem to be offering the best rates...

New rates usually get posted a few days after month end. The Dealers have 5 days after month-end to deliver the car (in order to keep the rate/incentives that expire that month). For this reason, IMHO, they probably withhold the new rates for the exact situation Maz stated.

Did I read correctly that folding rear seats are only available with the Premium package?

doubt they will drop rates anytime soon. They only do so like 2 years after the launch of a new generation. Example: I got an email from a deal here in Toronto stating that the F10 lease interest rate has dropped to 3.9% from 4.9% and residual increased by 3%. F10 was launched mid 2010

i just got a quote today for $190 from state farm - this despite 10+ yr accident free discount, 2 cars with them and house policy. Will definitely shop - heard good things about TD.

you're better off shopping around for auto loans at the banks....at least you'll find 3.9% at some banks.
