BMW routes request

I know people have been talking about it becoming unsupported recently, but could people check something please:

On my car, in Navigation, I can't see the BMW created routes. I can import my own created from the website, but the ones that had suggested routes in different countries have disappeared. Does anyone have the option to import them, or has it gone for everyone? A bit sad to lose functionality, without getting anything in return.

Thanks!

It has been pulled.

No longer supported by BMW.

You just have to make your own.

Ok, thanks for replying. Just wondering why the menu option was there for the first few months, and then suddenly disappeared. Weird!

Over the air updates. Great when it adds stuff....not so helpful when stuff disappears.

I can report that the menu option for BMW Routes is still there (buried deeply... probably why few people use it!) but it gives an "internal error" and suggests rather over optimistically "try later".

Loading my own routes created on the BMW Routes website over the air via BMW Onlline does still work (although this may also be part of the functionality which is "unsupported").

Big boo to BMW for messing up this part of the car. Great at mechanical engineering, Skoda-quality at digital services.

Hang on ... I found a way to get them!

On a pre-LCI f30 with pro nav:

This is broken:
Menu > navigation > (left) > Saved Journeys > import journeys > BMW Online > BMW Routes

This works:
Menu > navigation > (left) > Saved Journeys > Guided Tour Search

and I think from memory it gives a wider range of routes than BMW Routes eg 15 for the UK. It seems to be getting data from the car not online.

Anonymouse..... thanks for replying. I've tried that, but I don't have the option Guided Tour Search. Weird! It's only got the option to import my own routes.
