Official springs/spacers thread?

I genuinely searched, but couldn't locate one. I'm shopping hr springs for my 340i and looking for some pics with spacers, what mm used, staggered, etc might as well put them on while I'm doing springs.

Forgot to add a preemptive thanks and also I'm on 18" 398's a oem rft's
