Feeler for swapping out the lease on my wife's F30 320i. It's in perfect condition and has 9,200 miles, Service 1 was actually just performed today. The only reason I'm looking to swap is because my wife wants to get back into an SUV.
No one but me has ever touched the paint (we ordered it last April '14), so paint is in great condition; I fully polished and sealed the paint last summer, so it'll be up for a new sealant coat this summer (I use Chemical Guys MSeal which lasts 12 months). Interior is in mint condition as well, never smoked in, no shedding dog, etc.
Specs are as listed in my sig, and the BMS will come with it unless you don't want it, in which case I'll remove. I just installed it 2 weeks ago, so it's nearly brand new. Car also has heated seats, power seats with memory, and split folding rear seats.
Original lease was with BMW Financial and for 36 months with 10k miles per year, lease started last April 1. Payment is $375 INCLUDING FL tax, so it may be cheaper depending on the state tax somewhere else. New owner responsible for BMW transfer fee.
