Question about replacing the kidney grills on F36

I tried to replace the black kidney grills last weekend on my f36.

I removed the bolts and managed to remove the latches from the top; but there's no room for my hand to go further to unlatch the side and the bottom ones.

I read about the picking tools, but I can't find that weird pick in the department store.

Anyone can shed me some light?
