FWIW, after reading this post I checked the lug nuts on all my vehicles! You're lucky you caught it.

It is possible, I did check the torque on all the nuts when I installed the missing nut, everything was in place.

I wouldn't have if I wasn't cleaning the wheels thoroughly Also I'm glad this post made you and probably many others check for missing nuts Sometimes even a small oversight can cost a lot!
