f32 435i - making noise from rotors

Hello Fellow enthusiasts,

I need your assistance.

My f32 435i is making a noise, noise is coming from rear side from the rotors. It almost feel like something is rubbing against the rotors.

you can only hear it on low speed like in the neighborhood. sounds like light rubbing.

It does not seem normal, i only got 22k miles on my car. and i never heard it before for owning the car 1.5 years

I took it to bmw performance shop and they said it was E brake (so they adjusted E brake) then it said it was my Rotors, and they changed both Rotors in rear and still the noise.

now they are claiming it is normal

is that correct?

How often do you drive the vehicle? It could be rust build up. I have the same vehicle with 26K on it and I chalk it up to rust build up since it's not a DD.

Saying it's normal is what you do when you can't figure out what's wrong. It's not normal, get another opinion.

By any chance, does your vehicle have M Performance brakes? These brakes can be noisy but your symptoms do not appear the same.

I agree with the previous perspective: second opinion is recommended. It's not normal.
