Fuel Tank Ventilation Malfunction

Update:

Fuel Tank Ventilation Malfunction.

Last week, I replaced the Fuel Tank Breather Valve for the second time in six months. Check Engine light went away. Car drove better but still got "bogged" down.

Part # 13907643106

Today, the same code returned. 190F08

What else within the Fuel Tank Ventilation System could be causing the car to bog down and through this code?

Thanks

Here's what the service plan says:
- Check the flow in the lines from the tank vent valve to the intake pipe.
- Check lines for correct connection.
- Replace fuel tank vent valve.
- Reset the values of the mixture adaptation after the fault rectification.

Could it be the fuel cap not sealing correctly?

Yes, I believe that throws that code as well.

Any fix yet? In a Identical predicament rn, replaced the breather nothing for a few months and now i’m getting the same code 190F08, wondering if it might be a faulty breather I got because it was a ebay part not oem, or if it’s something with the charcoal canister or some other thing. (nothing with fuel cap or fuel filler neck all of that has been checked) I wonder if it is something with resetting the mixture adaptation going to try it out and see what happens.
