Do you still see the SWFL flash files and IBAD files underneath HU_NBT2? If all you see is HWEL and the BTLD, your head unit will need to be reflashed and there is no other way around it.

Your other option is to try using the transmitter on E-sys and setting the energy mode to normal to see if that can get it out of transport/flash mode.

Only an idea...
Try to code the ZBE or another unimportant ecu.
So only mark the ZBE and hit "code".
Then try again.
If you wonder...
Coding another ecu can help to leave the transport modus.
That has helped sometimes for one or the other.
