cruise control malfunction

hi guys i have a 2014 320i and i am getting cruise control malfunction any ideas on how to fix?. Thanks

I had the same thing happen to me on my previous car (2015 328i xDrive) when I hit about 50K miles.

I brought it to the dealer and they said it was a faulty clock spring module in the steering wheel. It only took a couple hours for them to diagnose/fix the problem. Completely covered under warranty.

damn it...my warranty just ended on my car did they quote you how much it would be or just said its clock spring and will take care of it?

I believe it would have been approximately $400 if it wasn't under warranty but I'm not 100% sure. I know it wasn't cheap.

Check the codes using something like ISTA, it will tell you exactly what is wrong.
