So I recently went to get a tune by Enzo in NY and he started on my F30 and couldn't finish so told me to come back the following day (Tuesday). I went around 2 and he didn't answer so I called and got no answers. This morning I call again and get no answer. I'm unsure what to do now since he flashed my ECU already; should I flash to stock with my BM3 backup?

Edit: Ended up finishing the job and the engine blew within a week of normal use

No, I personally wouldn't unless you don't plan on returning ever. I'm sure he just needs to tidy some things up, he most likely tuned it but needs to clean up some things.

Ok you think there's a chance he fucked up the ecu so is ignoring me? Worst case can I just flash to stock with BM3?

Also: He didn't collect payment yet since he wasn't done. So worst case I am back at square one and will figure it out.

I mean, does your car run? Honestly i'm sure he's tuned plenty of cars & unless you had some crazy request that would make you think he broke something then I wouldn't worry about it. Worst case flash back to stock, take it to a different tuner. Don't a lot of good tuners tune remotely now anywho? Could just do that

Did he use BM3 to do the tune? If so, I would think it should be safe to roll back to stock using BM3 again. If he didn't use BM3 as the platform to do the tune then I would reach out to PTF and see what they say before doing anything.

it runs but i can't get in touch with him and was supposed to meet him yesterday but he didn't show. a few others have reported bad service with him but the majority is good

No reputable or good tuner would pull some shit like this, either he fucked your tune or doesn't know how to do it.

ended up being a family issue and didn't have his work phone. got in touch with him today and going back to finish up. passed inspection though haha
